14 May 2009 – The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences announced the nominees for the 36th annual Daytime Emmy Awards today and Laura McKenzie, star of the weekly travel series, LAURA McKENZIE’S TRAVELER, has been nominated for Outstanding Special Class Writing for her work as the writer on the series.   Winners will be announced at the Daytime Emmy Awards ceremony which will take place August 30th in the historic Orpheum Theater in Los Angeles, CA.
